Theresa Evans

Theresa Evans is the director of Gross Mendelsohn’s human resources department. Overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, she is the firm’s go-to for anything related to employee relations, performance management, benefits, HR policies and legal compliance.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in strategic HR leadership and employee development, Theresa strives to ensure employees feel respected, appreciated and empowered to succeed. She plays a critical role in meeting the firm’s goal of supporting its professionals so they, in turn, can fully meet client needs and expectations.

Theresa is passionate about fostering relationships and encouraging talented individuals to meet their full potential at Gross Mendelsohn. She is also deeply committed to nurturing collaboration, improving processes and creating efficiencies. One of Theresa's favorite things about her role is bringing everyone at the firm together via meaningful internal events to acknowledge hard work and celebrate successes — big or small.

Outside the office, completing home projects, spending time outdoors, hosting friends and family, and traveling all bring Theresa a lot of joy and energy.
